So to be clear:
When we are winning it is excellent team building and making them more than a 23 blokes who play football in front of 60,000 people.
When we are losing it is a crass waste of time and the reason we are losing.
Educational. Excellent.

This sort of thing cab be funny "if" the team was doing ok, but when losing week in week out seems ill judged. Mind you it was probably filmed when we were 3 points of 2nd place!!!
